範圍限縮在RD
常看到有些前輩建議能跳就跳
會不會只適用在軟體這種新創產業比較多的環境
因為新創小公司組織較扁平,不須層層分工管理,且需要創新能力
所以常見資深(8~10年)且有實力但沒掛任何幹部職的RD
換成硬體或機構來看還適用能跳就跳嗎?
假設26歲開始工作,一個工作做2~3年
跳兩次就33歲(工作七年)
工作七年無幹部資歷,往後還能持續跳嗎?
是不是至少在第三個工作多混個兩年幹部資歷再跳比較好?
=>35歲(工作九年含兩年幹部資歷)
因為過去幾周面試一些系統廠主管
都掛在嘴邊說五年資歷就會開始幹部養成
而硬體或機構在非系統廠的職缺又較軟體少很多
故有此疑惑: 定點卡位累積幹部資歷比較好 還是 能跳就跳比較好 ?
