以前常聽業界的老人說 要讓自己成為不容易被取代的人 可是我在想
不管是技術還是各方面的能力 不可能永遠都不被其他人取代的 畢竟人外有人天外有天
就算自己擁有獨家的技術能力或是人脈 被人高薪重用 但是高層如果找到一個比較便宜
能力又不會跟你差太多的人 你還是會被拉下來 也難怪那些業界菁英每天也是戰戰兢兢
的在上班 不敢鬆懈下來 說難聽點高層也只是暫時找不到人取代你而已 並不是你真的有
多厲害 那倒底要做到什麼程度 才能真的成為永遠不會被取代的人呢?
還是說這是不可能的? 會不會被取代應該牽涉到很多複雜的因素吧?
那大家的看法是怎麼樣的呢?
