(中央社記者張建中台北6日電)工研院IEK產業分析師蔡金坤表示，中國透過政府政策
結合市場驅動，推動IC設計產業發展，預期2015年中國IC設計業將追上台灣，值得國
內業界注意。
工研院產業經濟與趨勢研究中心(IEK) 今天舉辦科技產業發展趨勢研討會；蔡金坤指出，
台灣IC設計業產品結構加速由傳統個人電腦領域，轉向智慧手持裝置，順利於去年第2季
至第3季落底，並逐步好轉。
蔡金坤預期，今年台灣IC設計業產值可望達新台幣4106億元，將較去年成長6.5%，明年展
望審慎樂觀，預期可望進一步達4345億元，較今年再成長5.8%。
蔡金坤表示，去年台灣IC設計業在智慧手持裝置晶片營收比重約14.8%，預期今年可望攀
高至19.5%水準。
至於全球IC設計業競爭態勢，蔡金坤指出，美國是全球IC設計業的龍頭，未來也將扮演全
球IC先進技術及產品應用開創者的產色，龍頭地位穩固。
台灣IC設計業僅次於美國，居全球第 2位；只是中國IC設計業在政府政策引導下，立
足本土低階市場，可望快速成長，預期2015年中國IC設計業可望追上台灣，對台灣IC
設計業潛在威脅不容忽視。1011106
