《日本經濟新聞》網站9月25日發表的文章「浮躁的中國抵制不了日貨」。
文章說，半導體是一項競爭激烈的產業，每年最少也需要數十億美元的設備投資，還需要
多年的研發。而且，這些努力並不一定立竿見影。因此，企業需要具備能夠果斷做出決策
的領導，以及能夠應對靈活變化的企業組織。中國之所以沒有培育起半導體產業，原因就
是沒有具備以上條件。企業就算擁有豐厚的資金，如果滿腦子只想著馬上賺錢，選擇的往
往都是房地產投資之類的投機方式。資金很少會投向半導體之類需要耗費大量時間才能盈
利的產業。
