日前茂德中科廠才大量裁員，中科管理局昨送暖舉辦聯合徵才活動，包括中部的
大立光電、矽品、台積電、友達與竹科的矽格、世界先進公司，還有遠從桃園來的洋華
、穩懋等37家廠商，要徵485個工程師、2767個技術員、138個行政業務，總計3390人。
整體薪資從技術員2萬5千元到資深工程師的5萬元不等。
