各位板大好，我是今年應屆畢業的新鮮人，學歷為國立前五大的碩士生，
目前拿到 中租迪和 和 日盛投信 兩家的offer，都是業務性質，工作地點都在台北。
由於之前爬文得知投信業新鮮人不易進去，但聽到薪資待遇當下心情有點複雜...
想請問這兩家對新鮮人的發展性哪家比較好？
以及福利水準等內部問題，請各位前輩幫忙提供意見，感激不盡！！

試用期薪資 35K 28K
試用期 4個月 6個月
正式薪資 40K 30K
