中華電宣布明年加薪4% 發激勵獎金5千元

中華電信董事長謝繼茂今天發信給員工,宣布明年1月1日起加薪,平均調薪幅度4%,並加
發一次性激勵獎金新台幣5000元。
謝繼茂在信中表示,為激勵全體員工戮力衝刺,並自明年起以全新的組織架構,開疆闢土
帶動業務成長,中華電信決定明年1月1日起調薪,平均調薪幅度為4%,調薪項目包括職階
待遇、職務待遇2項,另調整駕駛津貼發放標準。
為獎勵全體員工努力完成民國110年稅前淨利超越基本目標績效,中華電信再加發員工一
次性激勵金5000元,鼓勵員工再接再厲衝刺業務。
謝繼茂說,各事業群也會設計獎勵機制,增加員工的變動薪資,引領員工努力投入客戶導
向的服務,進而獲得更多回報。
他強調,未來一年要建立公司共同的價值觀,經過經營團隊共同討論,找出可以讓中華電
信永續經營、能在競爭市場上屹立不搖的4項價值觀,包括創新、當責、客戶導向、誠信
。
謝繼茂說,組織轉型是中華電信的硬實力,企業價值觀是軟實力;在新的組織架構下,一
起落實並發揚這4個價值觀,必能帶動公司邁向欣欣向榮的未來。期許每一位員工相互提
醒與勉勵,讓4個價值觀變成共同遵守的準繩。
