提升職能是你的duty,
培養並留住人才是主管的duty,
錢給的不到位,誠然不全是主管的責任,
但他在組織的決策或產出上還是(或者說必須)有影響力的,
總歸一句,你沒對不起誰。
換公司可提高你的視野,
你以為學到寶貴的技術,
說不定到其他公司也不值一哂。
離了職也未必就是不認識,
持續有聯絡的長官或同事也是存在的,
你們將來還是有可能在別的公司提攜或合作。
利己未必不能利人,
你將來有更大的成就,當別人的主管,
就是你可以貢獻的時候了。
