BAT 等級的公司都是先找主管所在公司實驗室的畢業生，如果找不到接下來才會過濾應屆生簡歷進行面試

應屆生的條件與公司等級成正比
BAT 的都是要 985 或 211，除非你有認識的人直接把簡歷給到主管那會有概率進行面試

簡歷內容不重要 重點是你的學校
這是台灣學生吃虧的地方，當然如果你是清華跟交通那還是不太一樣的

我建議你先去創業公司；累積點能力後再去挑戰大公司
