敝人的女友最近瘋狂的在面試,地點集中在新店區的科技電子業
時常碰到二次面試,結局卻是奇妙理由婉拒的情形,想請問版上的
人資大大,通常是發生什麼事情了?為了KPI叫人家來兩次也太不厚道
其中一家的故事如下:
該公司位在新店的聯X,我有陪他去看公司門面還頗有規模。
女友接到了面試邀約後,第一次面試就是基本的各種考試(考卷還分次來)
然後一個主管面試跟HR面試,期間相談甚歡,女友並還主動詢問各項工作條件,
如薪資及工作內容加班情形等,主管都推給hr負責,問hr,得到制式回答
(依照公司規定,但並未說明給薪及評估的方式)。
一個星期後就通知二次面試,換一名號稱更高階的主管,簡單詢問後
當場就口頭承諾他的部分OK,然後又推給小主管決定,等通知。這次一樣有詢問
薪資待遇問題,主管依舊推給hr,但hr沒出現。
隔一週去電,一開始hr回覆未收到主管通知,一個小時後HR回電則說期望待遇
太高(一開始有寫在公司制式履歷上)為理由不錄用。然而,雖然主動多次詢問,
兩次面試期間卻一直都未談薪資問題,莫名其妙被拿來當不錄用的藉口,
感覺不受尊重。(若第一次就看到期望薪資過高何必叫人家來第二次,
期間也未曾討論是否可能依照公司政策調低薪資等等)。
小弟個人的想法是,不是人資在做業績,就是單位主管沒誠信,
是台灣職場的變化?還是現在的hr素質水準不一?
不論車馬補貼,兩次請假的薪資要找誰要?
版上人資大大是不是可以給建議怎麼判斷這種公司?及應付方式
還是那邊有黑名單讓小弟可以貢獻一下心力?
