前公司的主管就超棒的
部門內同事覺得XX事應該是OO部門的 不該丟給我們做
主管就去跟OO部門吵架 把事情丟過去給他們
工作上遇到問題跟他說
他就幫忙解決或提供解決的思路
工作上出事了 主管開會被罵扛責任
回來後跟大家抱怨幾句結束 大家繼續努力
看過同事跟其他部門的人吵架
若是同事有理 主管就幫著罵
若是同事理虧 主管就打圓場
每個人每種個性不同做事方法不同
主管也都滿尊重的
同事請產假或長假 主管當仁不讓優先代理
臨時請假招呼一聲就好 主管也能體會大家的不容易
滿多同事在私事請他幫忙 時間許可他也滿願意的
真是個好主管QAQ
要不是逼不得已 真不想離開那間公司......
