某甲職前曾任志願役，有4年年資(中斷)，
104年3月31於本機關報到，104年7月30日訓練期滿成績及格，
則某甲105年休假計算應為：
1、 7日 * 6/12
2、 14日 * 6/12
3、 14日
問了幾位同仁，看法不一，
煩請各位先進指教，謝謝。
