信用狀問題 - 國貿工作討論

大家好~

有幾個信用狀的問題想請教各位

1. Full set of clean on board marine bills of lading made out to the order
of first commercial bank.
上面是指clean on borad 提單，但是客人要我在提單上顯示 "shipped on borad"
這樣是可以的嗎? 不是應該顯示 clean on borad?

2. The number and the date of the credit and the name of our bank must be
quoted on all drafts.
有點不太懂這句話的意思，要求要把LC的日期、LC號碼跟發狀銀行的名字顯示在
所有正本文件嗎? 還是草稿文件或是匯票?
