年終到了要寫考績表了(其實已經交回去了)，上面會有每個人的事病假紀錄，
某人原先分別於某兩日各請兩小時的事假，請首長准許改成半天的休假...
首長也蓋了~!!
假單是我這邊登(為什麼假單要另外登??因為學校是紙本作業，核章後才登P2K)，
我看到的時候很震驚...不知道是我年資淺見識太少還是怎樣，第一次看到這種事，
而且還是主管級的人做的...= =
假單回到我這邊的時候，我看到上面貼一張便利貼，
寫著某"一天"的兩小時事假懇請長官准許改成半天休假，
翻到後面看銷假單，銷假單上寫的卻是那"兩天"各兩小時的事假改成半天休假...
個人滿好奇......這樣是合法的麼？
還是說差假是首長的權責，只要敢首長也也願意大家就可以這樣改？
