做研究助理也要挑有前景的老闆嗎?? - 生技

碩班畢業已經半年了
還是找不到工作
我是國立中字輩 生技類所
做的論文內容很雜
用 奈米材料去測抗菌力及抗菌機制分析
所以算是很不專業的研究
因大學是化學系
所以一些分生實驗 蛋白質純化 細胞培養等 都沒啥學到
只會基本的
現在想找助理的工作 想說轉往其他領域的實驗室先學技術
想轉的領域是藥物設計或材料相關的
但是去找老師 是不是會收我的機率不大??
其中有一位大牌老師是確定要收有經驗的 唉 聽到就覺得灰心
我很有心想學 卻連機會都沒有
現在有另一位新老師 他的領域跟我作的研究很像
他甚至打電話來找我去他們實驗室
但是我想到 他是一位新老師 資源可能不多 他的領域不是我想學的
這樣要答應他嘛?
還是繼續找自己有興趣的實驗室跟想跟的老師?
因我做完助理兩年後打算想轉往業界 不知道這個考量重不重要?
麻煩好心人提供意見
