我剛接手這個業務3個月左右，事前沒有訓練，是邊做邊學的
前一陣子審核一個案子時，有些地方沒注意到就讓他通過了
結果現在主管發現要求補正，但是民眾不肯配合
這該怎麼辦好啊？
因為大部分原因是我自己的確對這部份業務沒有很熟悉
才會出錯的，我沒辦法強硬要求民眾配合
怎麼辦啊？我好像犯了很大的錯......
