我是銀行界菜鳥對國貿實務實在不懂
如果客戶（進口商）所開發信用狀特別條款有加註以下這項：
B/L showing "received for shipment" I/O clean on board
is acceptable...

這對銀行債權有何影響？備運提單效力到底如何？風險在哪呢？
