大家好，這兩個職缺已讓小弟苦惱已久。
希望尋求版上先進的意見。
先介紹自己背景：
小弟不才，學經歷普通。
學士畢業非台政。英日文中等，外商銀行兩年企金前台工作經驗。
玉山專一ARM 兆豐九職等
工作內容地點 台北企金中心、中大組ARM 尚待分發
升遷速度 3-5年升助襄(之後看個人情形) 看個人情形
預估年薪 85萬 95萬
目前煩惱的是：
1. 玉山似乎升遷比較順暢，現在薪資雖然小輸，但3-5年後可能會追過兆豐。
2. 兆豐不確定工作內容與分發地點，外派地點也不得而知。
而玉山明年開東京分行，運氣好有機會外派日本？
3. 男性是否往民營走發展性較好？
4. 陷入品牌迷思認為兆豐牌子比較大，是否失去客觀性。
5. 民營RM/ARM壓力遠大於兆豐（？）
最後想說，兩年銀行經驗從沒推過基金保險信用卡，BB大喜歡可以參考看看。
也希望版上風氣可以導正。我中間有到產業工作過。
銀行只能說是財大氣粗，工作內容並不比其他工作困難辛苦。
每個工作職位都有自己的難處，有好有壞，不必特意強調。
有的人喜歡有的人不喜歡。
