公務人員休假天數之計算 - 公職

各位早安，新年愉快。
小弟初任公職日是105年10月17日，至去年111年10月16日止，應該已經滿6年且自翌日起應該是第7年了，是嗎？
假設上面的計算方式無誤，按公務人員請教規則第7條之規定：「第七年起，每年應給休假二十一日」如此，小弟今年的休假是否應該是21天？但是，今天我看人事系統給假的部分，依舊是14天特休。請問，是我算錯了嗎？謝謝！
