請問版友，最近有購屋需求，
但希望成數能越高越好~
目前有看到一間彰化市15~20年間的大樓
(另外新建案還要等三年半，感覺等不了那麼久)
請問有貸過今年中信「築巢優利貸」的網友
網路上條件是寫
貸款成數：最高8成
貸款年限：最長30年
寬限期：最長5年
貸款利率：1.63%(機動計息)
開辦費：無
提前清償限制：無
這成數年限的條件會很嚴格嗎?
還是一般公務員房貸都能達到這優惠條件
