公司和工作內容的評價 - 大陸工作

是這樣的:
本身背景是國立大學商管科系畢業 有一年多總務經驗 今年25歲
近日通過南部某樹脂公司大陸地區業務員的面試
會先在台灣見習個一到二個月後再派到泉州或東莞
工作內容為業務銷售
薪資在台灣期間為NTD 32,000
外派後在加NTD 12,500
有勞健保
外派後約每60天回台一星期 公司提供住宿和機票 差旅費
因為從未去過大陸 不知道當地的狀況(風土民情文化...等等)
也不知道這條路上會碰上什麼困難 下班後有沒有自己的時間
所以還蠻不安的...
因此想請問板上的前輩們指點一二
