公司員工年資都很久 代表? - 工程師

最近在一間公司工作一段時間
發現公司的同事
都做超久的 很多都10幾年 甚至15年以上
最新進的也是有缺才找 但也做了三五年的樣子
員工流動率非常低
年紀整體都偏高 很多甚至在考慮退休 要給年輕的下屬來做
公司不大 但是因為算是市場上持續都需要應用的
所以獲利也蠻穩定的
這樣的公司代表什麼呢???

不用期待主管能幫上你什麼忙,說真的這對新進來的菜鳥是不
利的,職場的生涯規劃只能靠自己去精進,我會認為很多觀念
都已經脫節的很厲害,然後一直在吃以前就會的老本,連個長
進都沒有,然後又喜歡權利一把抓(說真的也是怕被幹掉而握
緊權利),有時候部門風氣好,工程師很閒,真的要主要看看
主管的做事風格,待在這種權力掌控的老人主管基本上學習不
到什麼專業技能

來就即便想要走,也走不了,因為他們領的薪水,在外面根本
找不到同樣的錢了,公司的老人另外一個就是薪水高,走不動
了
