這觀念真的很鳥
進過一家頗大的公司，為了開發一個新技術的需求被找去面試
該計畫跟該公司的營業項目完全無關，當時就知道是來拓荒的
面試的主管跟資深工程師說他們規劃了一年以上，企畫周詳只欠技術
進去以後發現根本沒這回事，什麼都沒有，只好自己從頭開始
此部門風氣非常勤奮，每個人都8點前就到，晚上還在比晚走
電腦畫面的小角角中總是fb或聊天室窗，不知道在裝什麼
所謂工程師就是陪主管聊天做雜事，主管陪大主管抽菸陪笑
大頭每次出去就看到後面排了一之蜈蚣，非常壯觀
我才進去幾天就被找去說 "你都很晚到又很早走，這樣給人觀感不好"
其實我只是正常時間上下班
後來系統有雛型了(全是我規劃撰寫的，資深RD一行code都沒貢獻過
他每天就是在做人家吩咐他的雜事)
在DEMO時人家問了資深RD說這你們做的呀，不錯啊
他也無恥的回了一句，對啊，研究很久
跟主管投訴，居然回我"他很認真，每天都待很久，你呢"
"你的出缺勤很糟，考績我不知道怎麼打"
忍無可忍後越級連主管一起投訴後，換來一句
"他們在公司待很久，很多人有事都喜歡找他們，他們一定有值得你學習的地方"
知道動不了後我就做自己份內的事，也不跟那位資深RD討論了(其實他的工作
是我規劃後分給他的，不過他從來沒做過，最後都得自己來)
，時間到就下班
過沒多久，別部門的經理跑來問我要不要內轉
因為此部門的主管一致認為我
"難以管教"
