如果是大樓的話，不開空調空氣根本無法流通啊，
只靠電風扇也沒辦法解決這個問題的...
另外位於地下室的辦公室應該也會很慘才對...
是不是只能祈禱這兩周不要太熱呀...
不然公務員們也只能準備「共體時艱」了...
