行政院長蘇貞昌拍板明年1月1日起軍公教全面調薪4%,公股行庫體系也將響應。據悉,九
大公股行庫基本原則是將年度考績、晉薪與響應軍公教加薪合併考量,預期整體加薪幅度
可望4%起跳,目前正在預算編列作業中。
公股金控的非銀行子公司也可望跟進,但平均加薪幅度不一定看齊銀行。
公股行庫的員工人數,光是銀行部分,平均一家少輒六、七千人,多輒將近萬人;屬於金
控型態者,更是以一兩萬人計,如確定全面響應軍公教加薪,可望有大約10萬人受惠。
目前正值各家公股金控、銀行準備編列明年預算目標時期,上周蘇揆宣布明年起軍公教全
面調薪4%,創近25年來最大調幅,當時人在海外參加政府考察團的合庫金控董事長雷仲達
,即跨海指示一定響應跟進,明年整體含考績晉薪至少4%,維持一貫照顧員工的作風。
另一家不願具名的公股金控旗下行庫上周剛開過預算會議,已決定明年整體考績晉薪平均
幅度,要配合軍公教調薪而拉高到4%,但要等董事會過了才能宣布。
多數公股金融機構雖尚未開預算會議,但比照過去響應加薪方向較為明確,也有不少公股
金控非銀行子公司鑒於4%加薪幅度不小,紛紛詢問金控母公司,怎麼編明年預算與人事費
用,最終做法,最快要等到11月底才可能提到董事會討論定案。
雖然預算還沒編定,但多家公股行庫高層均表示,響應軍公教加薪將與年度固定的考績晉
薪合併考量,以此為擬定明年加薪方案原則。也就是說,不希望採齊頭式加薪,而是結合
績效考核,拉高整體平均加薪幅度,達到響應軍公教加薪4%目標。
