我現在有一個Offer，平均兩個月去7-10天大陸的工廠
工廠座落在上海 昆山 蘇州
目前Package
底薪 NT$ 34,450元+
職務津貼 NT$3,500元+
伙食交通 NT$4,050元+
全勤 NT$2,000元
出差部分，公司採補助交通跟住宿
也就是沒有雜膳費
想請各位幫忙看看
這樣的薪資結構是否合理。謝謝。
