出差大陸的差旅費怎麼算才合理？ - 工程師

先說小弟公司不是半導體電子業，但客戶都是
小弟公司是軟體資訊公司
目前公司規定是：
工程師800NT、經理1000NT、協理以上1200NT，不分大小城市
第8天開始打八折、第15天開始打7折。
頭尾的飛行時間只算半天，也就是出差5天，只會拿到4天的差旅費
機票住宿公司出，和客戶吃飯公司出，生活用品採買公司出（公司在大陸租房子當宿舍）
上下班打車公司出，機場到宿舍打車700-800RMB公司出
大概只有平常自己的三餐要自理。
但出差的同仁都覺得不合理，
認為多待幾天要打折不合理，
飛行時間算半天不合理，而且通常飛出去都是禮拜天，應該要再補假
還有一天800元太少了。說園區的公司都是4.50美金起跳。
想問一下版上的前輩，我們公司的規定真的很不合理嗎？
現在老闆說要修改制度，請前輩們給建議，
要怎麼修改才是合理，又不會造成公司太大負擔。謝謝！
