最近剛接下一間中型分行大出納，這裡鄰近城鄉都市之間，客戶很多很硬，想請教各位錢輩，主管開了權限叫我打單收就學貸款，
那這有違反什麼規定嗎? 還是主管都是對的? 可是我看內控的書，好像有講不可以，卻又沒講那麼細，我不想被罰290萬啊啊！
