小弟在GG做了要六年了
類似的抱怨文,從小弟還未碩班畢業進入GG工作之前
到現在為止一直都未曾中斷過
事實上在GG工作的壓力來源,一直都不是在工作內容本身
而是在於存在許久的review文化
那意味著把你當一個犯人審判一樣
平時與上層應答間 戰戰兢兢,小心謹慎,深怕一個錯話
就有接不完的工作,做不完的事,不小心捅到同事樹立敵人,更慘的是
直接在老闆眼裡黑掉,往後老闆看到你都把你當隱形人
在事情結果不如老闆預期時,則會被用最嚴謹的邏輯去審視你每個處理的流程
一被抓到小細節沒做好,就把責任過錯歸咎於你,此時同事間落井下石
都不是太奇怪的事
因此GG新人剛進公司,好心的老鳥,都會告誡菜鳥
機台製程都先別學,先學會怎麼說話怎麼交接那才是上策
那要怎麼學會說話呢??
其實那些平常得老闆歡心的人,不一定是很會解問題,或是工作能力特強
但我保證他們總是可以用"說"的就可以讓老闆"放心",得到老闆的"信任"
學會說話才可以在面對上層REVIEW時,不會進退失據,慌亂無措
那樣只是讓老闆更不放心,這樣的狀況日子一久了
就會在眾人眼裡開始黑掉,工作也不會有成就感
反而害怕天天上班被罵被狗幹,那又怎麼會做得下去
這才是在GG上班的壓力來源,倘若你說話得宜
事情交付又能準時完成,得到了成就感
就算你再怎麼樣不喜歡這份工作,我相信也不會幹得如此痛苦
