前文有提到我在蘇州想買房，
看上的是2手新房，房產証尚未到手，
仲介說這種還是可以交易，
於是我先付了3萬的定金(屋主說要20萬)&仲介費5千
仲介扣住了屋主的購房合同和購房發票，
就在我即將籌剩下的17萬定金時，
父母跑出來反對，說沒房產証的千萬不要買，很危險。
然後我跟仲介說交易取消，
仲介說3萬要不回來了Q_Q
大家可以給我拍拍或者罵我笨蛋......
我的3萬五阿!!!!!
