他們不會給你資遣費的,除非你上法院去告.
我當年的資遣費,是同事加好友,看不過去,拿20萬給我,
我才放棄找立委去告.
我那位同事兼好朋友是土銀的律師.
通常他們逼你走的做法,是把你外調到很遠的地方,
你顧及家庭,自然不會去了,當然也就拿不到資遣費.
