公司 群創 力晶
地點 苗栗竹南 新竹竹科
職務 製程整合 黃光製成
待遇 (N-2)*14 (N+2)*16?
工時 都需輪班+假日值班
住宿 家裡 租屋
這是小弟的第一份工作

考慮到公司未來和能做多久的因素 該選擇哪一個比較好呢?
