加州即將展開新的一波救房計劃 - 海外工作

聯邦提供加州1.83 billion,用來提供中低收入戶的房貸救濟計劃.

符合條件的屋主,將可以得到兩種救濟:


The two main forms of aid: $875 million for unemployed Californians who need
help making their monthly payments, plus $790 million to directly reduce
mortgage loan balances.

每戶最多可以得到5萬美金的補助.

這是超級大補丸,比8千塊的credit多很多.如果符合資格的人,記得去申請.
