自己的一點心得分享，先生是2018年hiring event拿到的offer，amazon幫我們搬家到溫
哥華，滿一年以後用L1內轉美國，2年後順利拿到綠卡

個人覺得如果想到美國工作，是一條比念書便宜的路，也免去抽h1b的風險，當時朋友也
有喜歡加拿大直接拿楓葉卡，拿到公民後再到美國工作的
cons
加拿大稅重消費高，實際收入不見得比台灣高多少，不過很多人喜歡環境，所以見仁見智
囉
總體而言對於想出國工作的工程師算是不錯的機會可以試試，不好意思他工作忙，面試的
問題我可能沒辦法回答，只能分享資訊，當時先生持續刷題了一段時間，
所以面試還算順利，以下是相關條件
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architectu
re, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or
C# including object-oriented design
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related
technical discipline
Knowledge of distributed systems as it pertains to data storage and computing
Proficiency in, at least, one modern scripting or programming language such as
Python, NodeJS, Java, or Scala.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of software development professional experience
Masters degree in Computer Science, Math or Physics or a related field
Experience in the advertising or search industries
Experience implementing Machine Learning algorithms
Experience building software systems that have been successfully delivered to
customers
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for
the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code rev
iews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Experience in databases, analytics, big data systems or business intelligence
products
Experience with building high-performance, highly-available and scalable distr
ibuted systems.
Deep hands-on technical expertise, excellent verbal and written communication
skills
Experience with Agile software development techniques.
