匯率問題 - 國貿工作討論

大家好，想請教一個關於匯率的問題。
假如今天我要跟大陸做生意，對方要不就是支付人民幣（但好像現在
人民幣還不能匯來台灣？），要不就是支付美金，在這樣的情況下，
一般匯率都是怎麼報的呢？
如果報台銀的買入匯率的話，等到貨款入帳，可能又有波動了；這種
情況下，可能賺也可能賠。又，把人民幣或美金換成新台幣，又得要
負擔手續費吧？如此一來，在報匯率時，應該也得把手續費給考量進
去囉？
不知道一般而言，對大陸那邊的人民幣及美金匯率分別應該報多少才
比較合理（或者合乎行情）呢？有沒有一個比較通行的準則可資依循
呢？
