南亞v.s.景碩 - 面試

各位板上大大好,是板上新人尚未達發文權限,偷家人的帳號發文!
小弟是中字輩化碩畢,原本的目標是進入半導體產業,無奈一直等不到面試的機會
據說龍頭台GG目前都人事凍結了,或許是相關原因吧....
總之,小弟有得到一些PCB廠的面試機會
雖然目前只有南亞的offer,景碩還沒著落,還是想請教
1.以小弟的目標考量為前提,請問加入PCB產業對未來加入半導體產業有幫助嗎?
2.南亞跟景碩這兩間公司,福利.發展各方面哪一間比較優呢?
如果是景碩,值得我放棄南亞的機會等待嗎?(雖然景碩還是未知數)
