1. BS/MS degree in CS or EE
2. Programming language requirement: C, C++ and 80x86 Assembly
3. Good computer architecture knowledge
4. Excellent oral and written skills
5. Experience in low level firmware programming is a plus
6. Experience in low level USB driver programming is a plus
