國科會計畫通過的最近都在找助理或是博士後研究，
想請問博士後研究要具備哪些條件才能勝任?
博士畢業文憑是當然要的，
我指的是實際上的能力，
還有在實驗室裡做些甚麼工作內容呢?
很擔心自己是無法勝任這項工作的，
麻煩大家了。
