原廠還是代理商? - 工程師

想請問一下，如果對某一儀器設備有興趣或疑問，一定要通過代理商詢問嗎?如果直接跟原廠業務或工程師通email詢問問題會不會怪怪的，因為小弟最近有個儀器可能有需求，所以有些問題想問原廠，答案一直透過代理商業務覺得有點沒效率，想直接和原廠工程師通mail, 又怕原廠知道這是外國人不在他們服務範圍而不爽回應，或被代理商知道了而感到不高興，想請較有人有這方面的經驗嗎?還是說最好不要繞開代理商?
