去大陸 手機使用網路的問題 - 大陸工作

想請問在大陸使用3g網路或3.5g網路的問題
因工作轉換部門 可能會去大陸跑來跑去
目前使用中華電信3g網路 去大陸可以開通漫遊使用大陸聯通的3g網路
但一天最多會收到399的費用 感覺費用很高
請問大陸有像台灣有月租的網路嗎?
或是像現在台灣在推的3.5g 4g網卡(一個小裝置) 然後iPhone在開wifi連結使用
(像是"全球一動" 4G這種)
這樣應該會比較省? 謝謝
