我是覺得"實戰型土博"這個講法有點怪啦
因為要實戰,即戰力挖業界同行就對了,要便宜點的就是找碩士培養成即戰力。
博士找進來,就是希望可以帶一些學界的最新研究方向與成果,做公司研發方向的參考啦
其實很多台灣的公司很歡迎博士的
不過很看重血統
大概只收海歸的跟那三到四間
不過這種公司的長官也都這些地方出來的
這樣也合理啦
