台塑集團總管理處今(11)日前往麥寮,與工會代表展開最終調薪協商。據了解,總管理處將以全員「調薪3.5%+1.2萬元慰勉金」、合計調幅5.48%,作為企業主張,也創下台塑集團近年調薪最優的紀錄。
以調幅3.5%計算,平均每人每月加薪金額為1,770元,適用員工總數約3萬人,年增費用6.372億元。慰勉金因採一次性給予,1.2萬元乘以3萬人,為3.6億元。換句話說,明年7月年度調薪協商前,這次調薪協商若定案,台塑集團將新增支付近10億元人事費用。
台塑集團今年因工會要求直接拉大月薪調幅,取消慰勉金補償機制,與企業長期訴求「穩健前進」的調薪結構大相逕庭,以致調薪協商連二度流會。即使總管理處總經理王瑞瑜期間加碼釋出「調薪3.5%、慰勉金從8千提高至1萬元」條件,仍未獲工會支持。
王文淵6月下旬親赴越南處理越鋼問題,總管理處再度規劃二調薪版本,靜待總裁定奪。第1版本為全員「調薪3.5%+1.2萬元慰勉金」;另一版本則是基層員工(專員以下)「調薪3.55%+1萬元慰勉金」、專員以上「調薪3.5%+1萬元慰勉金」,回應工會期盼照顧基層訴求。
不過,因工會代表對兩版本各有意見,經王文淵與四大公司主管交換意見,最終決定以3.5%外加1.2萬元慰勉金,作為最後加碼版本。
台塑總管理處強調,近年獲利復甦,感謝員工共體時艱,將今年加薪幅度超越往常3%上限;即使下半年營運保守、越鋼事件干擾,總裁仍決定將加薪上調至3.5%,慰勉金也從一開始8千元墊高至1.2萬元,展現十足誠意。
