前幾天去了台新銀行做了櫃員的面試，
對方直接先告知業績的部分問題。
櫃員一個月信用卡要五件、保險三件、信貸三件、存款業績，基金定期定額業績，
每個月業績會歸0，
試用期三個月，若業績一個月沒有達到的話，試用期不通過。
若一個月業績沒有達到的話，就試用期不通過。
若試用期有通過的話，年底績效評比，
排名在後面的會資遣。
至於櫃員作業方面(存款、提匯款、等)好像就沒有那麼重視。
想請問，
台新的櫃員業績制度是全台都一樣，還是看經理?
