台積「晶園會議」 讓員工發聲

台積電(2330)昨(31)日在最新一期ESG電子報提到,公司增設「晶園會議」來深化員
工關係,已於去年第4季增設以組織為單位的十個「晶園會議」與專屬意見蒐集系統,鼓
勵全球逾7萬員工於合適職位發揮所長並提出建言。
台積電指出,公司致力推動多元與共融職場,藉由建立開放型管理模式與完整的溝通管道

台積電表示,為更及時傾聽員工聲音,公司有別於法規標準進一步擴大勞資會議範疇,除
既有的13個廠區勞資會議外,去年第4季增設以組織為單位的十個「晶園會議」與專屬意
見蒐集系統,讓員工不僅透過同仁代表於每季會議中反映意見,亦可隨時使用線上系統表
達想法,雙軌運行強化公司經營團隊與員工間的溝通;截至2023年5月,已獲147則員工反
饋做為精進管理的重要參考。
台積電說明,公司重視員工的意見與權益,除依勞動部訂定的「勞資會議實施辦法」設立
13個廠區勞資會議,因應員工人數不斷成長且結構組成廣泛,秉持擁抱多元意見並營造共
融工作場域的理念,去年11月以晶圓為諧音主動增設以組織為單位的「晶園會議」,透過
調整勞資會議名稱,呈現公司與員工彼此協同合作的園地概念,提升溝通效能。
此外,同步建置專屬系統「晶園會議反映管道」,同仁代表可視反映人意願以匿名或非匿
名方式向業務單位傳遞意見且及時獲得回應,並於每季晶園會議中與公司代表針對未決的
意見進行雙向討論,成為強化公司與員工互動關係的重要橋梁。
