台積研替轉製程的可能 - 面試

小弟我大學清大，研究所台科（抱歉不習慣用11X）
大學唸材料，專題做的跟晶圓製程十分相關
碩班因興趣來到台科做機械設計和分析
日前收到台積竹科的面試通知（電話）
HR在電話中說「大概」是設備缺（大概咧....）
應該這兩天會收到email
想請問依照小弟這樣的背景合適在面試的時候提出想做製程的意願嗎？
如果提出來，真的有可能轉面試製程部門嗎？
