各位前輩好
小弟經歷：國立東華大學畢，目前從事MES(CIM)工程師有兩年經驗
想要進入台積電CIM團隊，但是自知學經歷不夠漂亮，無法進入台積電
想請問各位前輩下列兩個方案哪個比較有機會進入台積電
方案一：
三年完成在職專班，學校：中央 科系：資工
方案二：
花一年時間讀英文，希望多益能800以上
因為能力及時間有限，沒辦法兩項都執行，請問哪個方案比較有機會
會是有甚麼其他更好的方式，麻煩各位前輩提攜
希望是新竹或龍潭廠
