小弟現任職業為:國軍台南裝X營的營參一兼人參兼兵表參
只能說，軍中，讓我提早實習職場的加班生涯(凌晨3點睡正常)
小弟去年拿到"台積電八廠 黃光製程工程師"的預聘
轉眼離退伍日期短短24天不剩。 拍手~開心~!!
最近兩周，台積電十五廠的HR，一周打一次，
詢問我要不要跳槽過去(還沒進公司也不算跳槽 :D)
小弟住嘉義，只是個小小NCTU材料所碩士
就我所知
新廠現在很缺人，相對製程先進，狀況多
相對workloading就比較大，
下班時間也許無法預料那種!!
但是學習到的製程比較新，待久了升遷比較有機會(?!)
兩邊領的錢一樣多，差別就在壓力/未來前景的選擇
如果是各位前輩，你會怎麼選擇?
