各位板友好
小弟拿到了15廠製程整合的預聘書
有一些問題想請教板友們
1.當初面試的主管用譬喻的方式說明了工作內容
他說就好像是烤盤剛出爐的麵包若是有瑕疵
那就要把問題找出來釐清
當然還要對整條線有一定程度的了解
所以製程整合實際的工作內容真的就是如上述所示嗎
能否請板友更貼近實際層面，具體說明一點
2.有人說台積越來越像傳產
早早下班(其實我根本不太相信啦，尤其是新廠)
15廠的製程整合一般來說8點上班，幾點下班？
(個人比較偏好下班後能有自己的時間
可以拿來做些運動閱讀、走走逛逛)
有些問題爬文有找到些蛛絲馬跡
但是還是想問出個確切的答案或是一定的範圍內
懇請板友們賜教
