台積電竹科規劃圖曝光!「新RD研發中心」兩廠串連辦公室 旁邊就是2奈米晶圓廠
晶圓代工廠「台積電」(2330)於技術論壇中,首度曝光位於新竹科學園區新建的「R&D
研發中心」規劃圖,該研發中心將有2座廠(R1、R2),並連接一座辦公室,將成為全世
界最領先的半導體研發生產線,預計2021年建成,容納8000位科學家和工程師一起開發半
導體最新技術。

台積電營運組織資深副總經理秦永沛介紹,位於南部科學園區(南科)的晶圓18廠一至三
期,是5奈米量產基地,其中,一、二期已開始量產,三期正在裝機,預計2022年5奈米產
能將較今年成長超過3倍。另外,南科晶圓18廠的四至六期,規劃為3奈米量產基地,目前
正興建中,南科廠區也將新建特殊製程與先進封裝廠。
值得一提的是,在南科廠區中,晶圓14廠第八期將作為「特殊製程」生產基地;而晶圓14
廠第七期附近,正在興建AP2C,將是未來台積電「先進封裝」生產基地,可見南科廠區的
布局正積極規劃中。
至於台積電新竹廠區「R&D研發中心」已開始興建,將有2座廠(R1、R2),並連接一座辦
公室,預計2021年完工,未來將是2奈米及更先進技術的研發重鎮。此外,台積電目前正
積極於新竹寶山取得土地,未來2奈米新廠也將有4座廠房。

「台積電不斷投資新產能、擴充產能及提升製造能力,致力成為全球邏輯產品長期且最值
得信賴的技術及產能提供者。」秦永沛說,台積電先進製程產能自2016年至2020年以年複
合成長率28%的速度成長,在2018年導入7奈米量產,由於市場客戶需求非常強烈,因此台
積電快速提升7奈米產能,至今為止,7奈米產能將較2018年成長超過3.5倍。
在極紫外光(EUV)技術方面,秦永沛指出,台積電EUV機台占全球比重達50%,晶圓移動
占全球比重更超過60%;在特殊製程技術方面,台積電特殊製程產能持續成長,2015年占
總產能約38%,今年特殊製程產能將較去年成長10%,約占總產能比重將達54%。
