態園藝及機電等工作，稱得上是台積電高能力「管家」，也是健康舒適安全工作環境的守
護者。
台積電近年仰賴先進製程技術領先優勢，順利掌握智慧手機市場高成長商機，營運不斷刷
新歷史新高紀錄；儘管今年全球半導體產業將僅成長約1%，台積電今年營收仍可望成長趨
近1成，表現超越業界水準。
除了亮麗的業績，台積電廁所永遠都是乾淨的，也令訪客印象深刻。
台積電內部的公共設施服務部，便是營造與守護健康舒適安全工作環境的最大功臣。
這個50多人的團隊，除有來自電機與機械系所，也有來自園藝、美術、教育及建築系，不
僅要負責清潔，也要負責機電，還要負責生態園藝，稱得上是台積電高能力「管家」。
